Shipping and Returns FAQs

Orders can be shipped to addresses within the U.S. only, excluding U.S. Territories. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please see the chart below as a quick reference guide.

If you see a delayed shipping message on the website, please expect additional processing and shipping days in addition to the timelines noted below.

*Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Ground delivery can take up to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order using the Order Status link.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the FedEx website to follow your new product(s) on their journey from our warehouse to your destination.

Can I ship to International Addresses?
Unfortunately, no. Vicks Humidifiers does not currently ship to international destinations.
Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?
Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be given an option to confirm if the billing address is the same as the shipping address. At that point, you can uncheck the “Billing address is same as shipping” box and enter a different billing address.
How is the shipping cost determined?
Orders totalling $50 or more (after any promo codes, discounts, or coupons are applied) will receive Free FedEx Ground shipping. Otherwise, our standard shipping cost is $9.95.
Do I really get free shipping if I spend $50 or more?
Yes, Vicks Humidifiers offers free FedEx Ground shipping on qualified orders of $50 or more (after any promo codes, discounts or coupons are applied) or using a free shipping discount code. Valid throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (excluding PR addresses).

Free shipping promo codes cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes.
How do I return a product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our Consumer Relations department and we will be happy to assist you.
