Step by Step Instructions
Step 1:
Unplug the device from the wall.
Step 2:
Remove the steam unit head from the tank by twisting it counterclockwise (to the right) to the unlocked position.
Step 3:
Pull the steam unit head out of the tank.
Step 4:
Empty any remaining water from the tank.
Step 5:
Recycle the tank by placing it with your other #2 HDPE Recycling.†

Step 6:
Dispose of the steam unit head in accordance with your local laws.
